The Reviewing Fitness blog has been put together to showcase Training Ideas and Health Programs that have struck a chord with me and many others, who want to keep in shape and stay healthy.
In the main, these will be examples that I have found for groups of people who all want to aim for the same goal: get better and stay fitter.
Obviously, exercise can be a solitary pursuit, but like most things in life, the more the merrier!
I like boot camps, and running around public parks: I enjoy feeling better whilst I work my body out, simple as that.
